Activities that are well and effectively planned can make a day. On the other hand,inefficacy and a sedentary plan can break a day and can naturally decrease the 24 hours of your life. One should be very active and should avoid lethargy in order to live a quality life. 

Mistakes to Avoid in the Morning

  1. Do not stay in the dark for long: Once you wake up, open the curtains or window that helps natural light enter the bedroom. It is very important to avoid staying in the dark for too long because a human body needs light when it’s active to activate the good hormones. 
  2. Do not check the phone: Checking the phone directly after opening your eyes can lead to strain and increase risk of issues like stress, migraine or dysfunctioning of hormones due to disrupted hormone activation.
  3. Starting a day without water: A human body is 71 % water, it is necessary to consume enough water in a day to maintain the environment of the body. It is a must step to start off the day with a glass full of water. 
  4. Do not rush: Mornings should be slow as the body is at rest and when a human pressurizes the body, it drains the energy for the whole day. 

Mistakes to Avoid just before Going to Bed

  1. Do not overthink: Avoid thinking about anything that triggers your brain activity. Start positive journaling instead it helps with positive thought inculcation. 
  2. Do not use the phone: Avoid the use of mobile phones before an hour. It gives a negative effect to circadian rhythm. The direct rays of the phone can drain energy and can lead to insomnia and sleep problems. 
  3. Do not eat heavy meals: Once the sun is set, no meal should be consumed, dinner that is done after the sunset does not get digested also, lowers down the metabolism. Heavy meals can cause indigestion and again can affect the body in many negative ways, even if it is risky for heart health. 
  4. Mindful Visualisation: Think of all the good things, Imagine yourself in a Lamborghini, a luxurious house, in a happy family and visualize all the good and positive things. It helps control dreams or the bad dreams which maintains the hormones and energy levels and helps both with a positive end and start of the next day.
