Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh’s participation in the TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) has been surrounded by controversies. Diljit Dosanjh, currently engaged in his AURA concert tour in Australia, has been threatened by the Pro-Khalistan terror group Sikh For Justice (SFJ).
SFJ leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has warned Diljit that his concert in Melbourne on November 1 will be canceled because he touched the feet of Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan during his appearance on KBC 17.
Currently, Diljit has responded to the threats he faced and the ensuing controversy. Diljit posted a story on his Instagram, stating that he didn’t attend KBC to promote his film or song, but for Punjab. He visited to ensure that discussions about the Punjab floods occurred at a national level.
