Court extends Laljit Singh Bhullar Police Remand by 3 days in Suicide Case

As per the reports, Randhawa allegedly ended his life by consuming poison on March 21. Following which, there appeared a video where he claimed harassment by Bhullar.

The local court in Amritsar, today (Sunday) extended former Punjab Minister Laljit Singh’s remand for three more days. He today was produced to the court as his five-day police remand was to bexpire today.

Laljit Singh Bhullar reportedly was arrested from Mandi Gobindgarh on March 23 in connection with the suicide of Gagandeep Singh Randhawa who was the district manager of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation in Amritsar.

As per the reports, Randhawa allegedly ended his life by consuming poison on March 21. Following which, there appeared a video where he claimed harassment by Bhullar.

Following this, the police not only booked Laljit Singh Bhullar, but also his father Sukhdev Singh Bhullar and his personal assistant Dilbagh Singh on the charges of instigating the victim to commit suicide.

Both of them reportedly are yet to be arrested.
