A shocking incident has come ahead from Uttar Pradesh’s (UP) Saharanpur where a man murdered his mother over refusing to give money for alcohol.
Press Trust of India (PTI) has reported that a UP man has been held after such an offence was committed. As per the reports, he beat his 55 year old mother to death over refusing to give him money to buy alcohol.
The incident happened on Saturday night at the Nirbhaypuram Colony. The area comes under the Nagar Kotwali Police Station.
The culprit has been identified as Akshay where his deceased mother has been identified as Asha Devi. The Press Trust of India reported that when his mother refused his demand by saying that she had no money.
On such an answer, Akshay asked his mother to sell her jewellery so he can buy liquor.
