“Only a blind man can easily define what light is. When you do not know, you are bold. Ignorance is always bold; knowledge hesitates. And the more you know, the more you feel that the ground underneath is dissolving. The more you know, the more you feel how ignorant you are.”

Explanation: This quote suggests that the more a human observes and learns from his experience, the more he realizes how much knowledge or awareness is lacking within you and that one should avoid ignorance as it results in unreal confidence.

“Dangers have their appeal because in danger your day-to-day, ordinary consciousness cannot function. Danger goes deep. Your mind is not needed; you become a no-mind. You are! You are conscious, but there is no thinking. That moment becomes meditative. Really, in gambling, gamblers are seeking a meditative state of mind. In danger – in a fight, in a duel, in wars – man has always been seeking meditative states.”

Explanation: With these words Osho suggests that meditation is the need of the body. The mind needs to stop thinking. So whenever the person faces danger , the mind eventually stops. That is when the body attains a level of peace and meditation and a person that does nothing for the peace of body is more likely to face dangers. 

“So be authentic when you feel angry toward your lover or your beloved. Be authentic while you are in anger, and then with no repression, when the moment of love will come, when the mind will move to the other extreme, you will have a spontaneous flow. So with mind, take fighting as part of it. It is the very dynamism of the mind to work in polar opposites. So be authentic in your anger, be authentic in your fight; then you will be authentic in your love also.”

Explanation: In this statement Osho suggests that that mind in its natural state operates in polar opposition. Here, In this statement he suggests that a human in love should be authentic as authenticity is the key. Love only is not enough to fulfill the relationship it’s love and repression together that make it work.
