The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has notified us that their official YouTube channel has been banned for a week.
The SGPC on Wednesday announced in a statement that while Rehras Sahib was being recited in the evening, YouTube, acting under its own guidelines, removed Pakistan’s video from SGPC’s official YouTube channel.
It mentioned that a video posted on October 31, showed a Sikh preacher talking about Sikh warriors and mentioning occurrences linked to 1984.
The SGPC is presently sharing its Sikh perspective on the issue with YouTube.
In the interim, worshippers can listen to daily Gurbani Kirtan streams from Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib via SGPC’s other official YouTube channel.
