The links of both have come out of the border area. Along with this, a youth from New Dana Mandi has also been arrested with sawdust poppy.

The accused identified themselves as Nishan Singh, son of Dharampal Singh, and Buta Singh, son of Dona Singh, both residents of Amritpur, Kapurthala. During interrogation, it was found that Nishan Singh is a farmer and Buta Singh is a hair salon owner.
At the same time, the information came ahead that the accused used to buy heroin from the Ferozepur border and supply it to different areas. The accused had now come to Jalandhar to supply heroin.

The links of both have come out with the drug smugglers of the border. Similarly CIA’s another team of staff has also arrested a youth with 25 kg of sawdust in New Dana Mandi. The accused has been identified as Nichatar Singh, son of Kulwant Singh, a resident of Havelian, Tarn Taran.
The police has registered a case against the three and started questioning them. The police said that all the links of the accused will be traced and other people associated with them will also be arrested.
