Notably, the liquor store belongs to Jaspreet Singh Dimpa, who is the nephew of former MP Jasbir Singh Dimpa.
A major firing incident has been reported from Amritsar. Four shotes of bullets have targeted a liquor store. From the four shots, one hit a youth in the neck. He currently is admitted in the private hospital in Amritsar, is undergoing treatment.
The shots reportedly were fired immediately after the owners left the store. And, the victim who got the hit by shot has been identified as Jasnoor Singh.
Reports reveal that this is not the first time that the store has been attacked. However, last month in November on Nov. 18, 2025 also, the store was attacked. Notably, the liquor store belongs to Jaspreet Singh Dimpa, who is the nephew of former MP Jasbir Singh Dimpa.
Shortly after the incident came into the notice of police, the officials reached at the spot. The investigations are underway and the police is currently examining the CCTV footages from the nearby areas.
The police reportedly has assured that the accused would be apprehended soon.
