SSP Jyoti Yadav stated that the police secured the area after receiving information regarding the two individuals who had recently shot at one Manpreet Singh.
Khanna Police on Saturday night apprehended two individuals sought in a case of attempted murder.
Upon getting information that the pair were concealed in an abandoned structure, police secured the vicinity. When one of the suspects shot at the police, they responded by wounding him and overpowering the other.
SSP Jyoti Yadav stated that the police secured the area after receiving information regarding the two individuals who had recently shot at one Manpreet Singh.
“When two officers arrived at the scene, Inderjit Singh attempted to scale the wall while Gurvir Singh was overpowered,” Yadav stated, noting that Inderjit, who shot at the officers, sustained injuries in the return fire and was taken to the hospital.
