A video has been going viral over the social media which has brought a shocking matter into light. A seven to eight years old student in Panipat, Haryana was tied upside down to a window , was beaten the entire night for not doing homework.
Although, the incident is of August 13, came into notice on September 27. The video which is being circulated over social media, it revealed that the boy’s legs were tied with a rope.
It is not just the only case, as well another video has come ahead where a school principal is seen slapping two students and pulling a student’s ear in front of classmates. The principal is identified as Reena, and has reportedly been arrested by Haryana Police.
The offender has been charged under several sections of BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Juvenile Justice Act. And, the principal as well admitted that she had asked the driver to scold the student for not completing homework.
While committing this, she as well highlighted that she terminated the driver on August 30 for revealing the misconduct. After all this came into light, the parents allegedly stated that their children were even forced to clean classrooms and toilets in school as punishment.
