Fog and Cold Wave: Punjab Govt Extends School Closure Till January 13

This decision was taken in the best interest of the health and safety of the children and staff, under the directive of the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann.

Punjab Education Minister, Harjot Singh Bains has also spoken about the favorable weather and foggy conditions that will be in the state, thus postponing the reopen date to all government, aided, recognized and private schools in the state till January 13. This decision was taken in the best interest of the health and safety of the children and staff, under the directive of the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann.

The schools will now start as usual on January 14.
