Dangerous kite strings have claimed not just human lives, but quite a number of birds also, which have fallen prey to accidents, as the police officer views it.
In every street and neighborhood of Jalandhar, it is found that China door is being sold. This time, the most surprising incident is reported from the New Raj Nagar, Basti Bawa Khail area where many bundles of Chinese Kite Strings were recovered from the migrant quarters.
Police appeared at the site and went on to initiate their probe. The police said that they have not been able to discover the owner of the property in question yet and are on the case regarding the price of Chinese Kite strings.
Police officer while talking on the incident mentioned that they had got a tip-off which stated that a huge lot of Chinese kite threads was lying in the quarter. Police went to the house for a raid, but it was locked. The police have said that they do not know yet who is the owner of the quarter.
The police have also filed a case regarding this matter late last night. Even though the police have not disclosed the name of the person against whom the case is registered yet, they have already got the court’s permission to open the locked quarter.
The investigating officer shared that they are yet to step into the house. Nevertheless, the sacks which were discovered in the house were ripped and they contained a huge amount of kite thread bundles.
According to police, both rooms are undergoing the process of unlocking. The police is issuing grand statements of controlling China kite strings, however, finding banned Chinese kite thread in both rooms in a house is our doubt towards police handling the issue. The police officer when asked about this matter answered him, It is really not a big issue like that.
