Green Moong Powder

Green moong powder can be a very good alternative to facewash. It is a mild and chemical free way to clear the skin.
How to prepare-
- Take one cup of Green moong or Sabut moong.
- In a dry mixer jar, add it and make a fine powder.
- Sterilise an air tight glass container, store the powder for a month and use as a facewash.
Directions to use-
- For Dry Skin: Take one tbsp of moong powder on your palm, add three to four drops of coconut oil to make a paste. Then, apply on your face and wash it.
- For Oily Skin: Add water to powder to form a paste. Apply it and then wash.
- For Combination Skin– Use aloe vera gel to make paste. Apply and wash.
Chana Dal Powder

Chana Dal Powder is a great way to substitute the bodywash. It is mild to the skin and gives bright and healthy skin.
How to Prepare-
- Take two cups of Chana dal or use direct besan
- In a dry grinder, add it and grind coarsely.
- In a Lukewarm water, place a glass or pyrex container. After five minutes, take it out and let it dry.
- After this, the container gets sterilised and ready to store the Chana dal powder.
Ways to Apply-
- For Dry Skin: Wet the skin, add in water to form a paste, then apply, keep for two minutes and then wash.
- For Oily Skin: Take oil instead of water to make a paste, Keep for one minute and wash.
- For Combination Skin: Use aloe vera gel in powder and then wash.
Oat-Rose Powder

Oat rose powder is an alternate option for scrub. It is a highly refreshing and fancy scrub.
How to Prepare-
- In half cup of Oats, mix half cup of dried rose petals.
- Add this in a grinding jar and make a powder.
- Assemble the powder in an air tight Container.
How to Use-
- In a small bowl, take four to five tbsp of powder and add in water to make a paste
- Apply on desired area.
Leave for 10 minutes and Rinse.
