High Uric Acid: A quick Guide to Reverse

Uric acid is a waste in the body. All this toxic acid in body is formed when purines breaks down. Symptoms of Uric acid include joint pain, toe inflammation and sudden pain in ankles or wrists. It drains energy and decreases mobility. 

Some possible causes of high uric acid includes:

  • Imbalances and Malnutritious diet
  • Meat
  • Alcohol
  • Heavy sea food

It’s not impossible to cure this condition. It is in fact reversible but not by huge amount of medications or chemical products. 

Three Uric Acid Reversible Drinks

Drink 1: Bottle Gourd Tulsi Cooler

This drink is a kidney cleanser. Bottle gourd or lauki is a water rich vegetable which helps in hydration of the body and can deal with flushing the waste or uric acid crystals from the body. The second ingredient,Tulsi, is a sacred herb of India. It is also known as a detoxifier and helps with the internal inflammation and supports overall functioning of kidneys. 

Steps to Prepare:

  • Peel and chop the bottle gourd
  • Wash 4-6 tulsi leaves 
  • Blend both the ingredients together
  • Strain in different utensils add rock salt and cumin powder for taste. 

How to take- Drink a glass full on empty stomach regularly for the best results.

Drink 2 : Moringa Tea with Lemon Hint

Moringa tea is naturally known as alkalinity booster. Moringa is known commonly by the name of drumsticks in India. It is alkaline which makes it difficult for uric acid crystals to form. Another ingredient is lemon which is alkaline as well and helps dissolve uric acid crystals. It helps the body flood with antioxidants. 

This drink is very easy to prepare and the steps for it are:

  • Take 1/2 tablespoon of moringa powder in a glass. 
  • Squeeze half cut lemon in moringa powder
  • Add water in it and stir it well. 
  • Have this drink everyday on an empty stomach for the best results. 

Drink 3: Amla and Haldi Shot

Amla and haldi are both very powerful Indian ancient ingredients. Amla, also known by the name gooseberry, is a rich source of vitamin C that helps neutralize uric acid and haldi is an anti-inflammatory ingredient. Haldi or turmeric is also used as a natural pain reliever. 

A quick step guide:

  • Take 30 ml amla juice
  • In the mentioned amount add half tablespoon of turmeric
  • Stir well
  • At last , add a pinch of black pepper for better absorption. 
  • Consume an empty stomach every day, it acts as a double shield to joints.
