- Take a pan and fill with water
- Take clean spinach leaves and blanch it
- After 5 minutes , let the leaves cool down
- Once it is cool, blend the leaves
- Now heat a wok and add in a spoon of ghee
- Add the blended spinach and add salt, black paper and a bit of water to adjust the consistency.
- With this the soup is ready to be served hot.
Mix Vegetable Soup

- Take a wok and add in a tablespoon of ghee
- Now add chopped capsicum, tomato, carrot beans , peas and paneer cut in small pieces
- Saute for a minute or two then add a glass full of water in vegetables and add salt, pepper and red chilli (try to avoid) also add in a tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Let everything boil well. Once boiled, take a bowl, add a tablespoon of cornflour mix with half tablespoon water and add it in the wok.
- Leave till the soup thickens.
Once it thickens it is ready to be consumed.
Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin is a vegetable rich in beta carotene , fibers and a lot of protein. It helps improve heart health and boosts immunity. It is the most satisfying and comforting soup. The steps to prepare it are following:
- Peel and chop a pumpkin boil it in cooker with one whistle
- Let the pumpkin cool and blend in a blender
- Now heat the wok, add ghee and add the pumpkin paste with water to adjust consistency. Add in a bit of fresh cream to give it a creamy texture.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
Boil for a minute more and soup is ready to be served.
