A video’s gone viral in Bengaluru showing a couple yelling at a local auto rickshaw driver, insulting his background and calling him names.

In the footage, the couple can be seen using violent and derogatory language against the auto driver. The woman uses multiple curse words to demean him, including calling him a “bas***d,” and later shifting to Hindi with the comment, “Aukat ahi he tumhari.”
Then, another video surfaced of Kannada activists confronting the couple. They wanted the pair to say sorry to the driver and to anyone who speaks Kannada since they disrespected the language.
One activist said newcomers shouldn’t mess with the people of Karnataka and should expect consequences. Someone else added that you can’t blame all the people of Karnataka for this.
Before this, a business owner from Delhi said that all the Kannada language drama was giving Bengaluru a bad image.
