Shortly after, Sunny’s father returned back and saw the male stealing money from the cash box and tried to chase him. However, the thief fled the scene quickly.

The Maqsudan vegetable market’s Verka stall was robbed by a thief of almost Rs 40,000 from a cash box after gaining access to the cash box at the business when no one was working there. CCTV footage has been provided to the Police Station as well as a formal report made about the theft.
Sunny states that approximately 6:30 PM on Wednesday evening, when his father left the business he was operating to do something else, a male came in pretending to be a customer. When he saw that nobody was inside, he jumped behind the counter and opened the cash box and took approximately Rs 40,000.

The family raised an alert; however, at that point, nobody saw the thief escape. The family stated that the whole event was caught on video from the CCTV. The police are actively seeking to identify the suspect based on CCTV images and Detective reports.
