Hindus appeal for justice after Muslims allegedly caught and beaten a Hindu over saying “Jai Shri Ram.”
The religious controversy has sparked in Jalandhar, a city of Punjab. Hindu Organizations, out of anger have come to the protests, have blocked BMC Chowk. This has severely disrupted the daily operations in the city.
It has already been a few hours that the vehicles are stuck at a point on the roads connecting to BMC Chowk. This event has collapsed the traffic systems. Many of the videos and pictures are being circulated across social media revealing the matter.
Why the Protest came on the roads of Jalandhar?
Such an action taken by Hindu Sanatanis is an appeal for justice after the members of Muslim community allegedly caught and beaten a Hindu over saying “Jai Shri Ram.”
Reportedly the conflict between both the communities have taken a worsened turn. As the conflict has risen over the religious slogans, it is being said that a group of Muslim Community caught a person from Hindu community.
While the Muslims were going, a Hindu was passing by and he said “Jai Shri Ram.” The Muslims asked him to say “Allah Hu Akbar” and beat the man.
Following the incident, Hindus are demanding justice, they are claiming that such an activity done is with the purpose of spreading violence.
