Ayodhya to Receive 60 Chartered Flights for Ram Mandir Flag Hoisting Ceremony

Over 100 extra CISF staff will be assigned to the Ayodhya airport for increased security, stated airport director Dhirendra Singh.

Almost 60 chartered flights are set to arrive in Ayodhya on November 25 for the flag hoisting ceremony at Ram Mandir, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other VVIPs in attendance, officials reported on Monday.

Over 100 extra CISF staff will be assigned to the Ayodhya airport for increased security, stated airport director Dhirendra Singh.

“Taking into account the VVIPs coming in their chartered aircraft, arrangements for land management have been made for approximately 60 chartered planes.” “However, the aircraft will be parked at adjacent airports,” Singh stated.

Officials stated that in addition to a designated lounge for PM Modi, there are six VIP lounges being set up for other dignitaries such as the governor and the chief minister.

They stated that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will assess the preparations for the event on Tuesday.

Officials of the Sri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust have asked invitees to arrive in Ayodhya on November 24.

The Trust has obtained 1,600 rooms in various hotels as well as tent cities to host the guests, they mentioned.

Champat Rai, the general secretary of Temple Trust, stated that all visitors are requested to come on November 24, and access to the event will be permitted from 7:30 am to 9 am on November 25.

Fifty beds have been set aside at the Ayodhya medical college, with approximately two dozen doctors and a substantial team of paramedical staff scheduled to be on duty, according to Ayodhya DM Nikhil Tikaram Funde.

Ayodhya MLA Ved Prakash Gupta mentioned that the event preparations would be reviewed with Trust officials and public representatives during a meeting at the Ram Janmabhoomi complex in the Chief Minister’s presence on Tuesday.
