Before Bishnoi reached Delhi Airport, police with dog squads check vehicles and Terminal 3
As per the media reports of the NIA sources, the flight with gangster Anmol Bishnoi on board has landed in India. Today, he was sent back to his homeland from the United States.
The amazing trip to India began for Bishnoi who was arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) right after he was sent back from the US to the country. He will be questioned at the NIA headquarters prior to which, an advanced security measure is set to be taken in the area.
Before he reached IGI Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport, police personnel with the help of the Dog Squad checked the vehicles and premises at IGI Terminal 3.
Ramesh Bishnoi is the cousin of Anmol Bishnoi who also is having a word with the news agency Press Trust of India and said, “The family is now more concerned about his security. On behalf of the family, I request the dear PM and dear Home Minister to make sure Anmol is safe.” The current state of affairs, such as gang rivalry, has made us fear… We are a family, a society who has always abided by the law. Whether he is a perpetrator… it is in the process of investigation. The most serious offense he has committed is to be the brother of Lawrence… he has never been involved in the world of crime.”
Anmol, the criminal mastermind of Baba Siddique NCP leader’s murder in Mumbai, was also wanted in several high-profile cases in the country.
In an email to Anmol’s son, Zeeshan Siddiqui, US Department of Homeland Security confirmed the deportation. The message reads, “This email is to inform you ANMOL BISHNOI has been removed from the United States by the federal government. The offender was removed on November 18, 2025,” according to a report by NDTV.
Anmol Bishnoi, who is wanted in India for various brutal crimes for his involvement, is suspected to be the one who killed the case together with the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala in May 2022 to this date. In addition, he is the main suspect in the case concerning the gunshots that were fired from outside the residence of actor Salman Khan in Mumbai in the month of April in the year 2024.
After 18 cases have been registered against him, the National Investigation Agency confirms that Bishnoi is on the most-wanted list, which was released a year ago. Also, the agency has declared a reward of ₹10 lakh for any information that could lead to his capture.
He was apprehended by US officials in November of the previous year but not for any crimes related to his suspected acts in India. Inside reports stated that he was caught for entering the United States without authorization.
Anmol is the sibling of detained gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is reported to manage a worldwide criminal gang even from the prison.
