- Lack of Fiber in the Body: Fiber is one of the main components of a nutritious body, the diet that lacks fiber is the most common reason that hampers the digestive health causing constipation.
- Delaying the Bowel: some people ignore the urge to go to the toilet and controls bowel movement which delays the bowel permanently and can result in long term constipation.
Treatment of Constipation
- Use a Foot Table while Sitting to Poop: Whenever one sits on a modern toilet seat, the rectum comes to a 90 degree angle which makes it hard to pass the stool. When a person places a foot table, the body comes in a squat position which turns the rectum’s angle making it easy to pass stool.
- Incorporate a Fiber Rich Diet: Include more and more fibers into daily diet such as different berries, seeds like pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and flax seeds. Ensure the intake of whole grains.
- Exercise Regularly: Make sure to workout on a regular basis. Go for a short walk after the last meal, It helps with the passage and movement of food from the body ensuring that it is digested.
