The current rate of plots in Sectors 76 to 80 has been set at Rs 70,000 per square yard, up from the previous Rs 63,400.

Gmada has updated the base rates for various plot categories in Mohali district by approximately 10 percent for 2025-26.
The price for plots in Sectors 53 to 71 has been increased to Rs 71,500 from Rs 65,000 per square yard. The price for Sector 62 is set at Rs 71,500. The current rate of plots in Sectors 76 to 80 has been set at Rs 70,000 per square yard, up from the previous Rs 63,400.
Sector 81 and higher, IT City, Eco City-1, Aerocity, land-pooling plots in Sectors 90-91, land-pooling plots in Aerotropolis across Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J, as well as Ecocity-2 (100 to 300, 400, and 500 sq yards) have been set at Rs 65,000, up from the previous Rs 51,500.
The same rates apply to plots in Ecocity-3 that measure 100, 300, and 400 to 500 square yards.
The value of plots exceeding 500 sq yards in Ecocity-2 has increased significantly to Rs 68,000; previously, it was Rs 61,800 for plots of 1,000 and 2,000 sq yards. The industrial plots in Sector 57-A and Sector 101 currently have a base rate of Rs 45,000 per sq yard, up from Rs 36,900 per sq yard last year.
The price for SCOs in Sector 101, sized 100 and 200 sq yards, has increased to Rs 2,25,000 this year; it was previously Rs 1,99,600. Single-storey shops measuring 60 yards in Sector 101 now have a price of Rs 1,50,000 per sq yard, compared to the rate of Rs 1,33,100 from the previous year.
The rate of industrial plots in Rajpura Focal Point has seen a small increase, rising from Rs 16,600 to Rs 18,000 per sq yard this year. In a similar manner, officials stated that Rajpura Urban Estate prices have increased from Rs 22,500 to Rs 25,000 per sq yard.
