Two young men reportedly arrived on a motorcycle and first fired at the car parked outside the house, following which they opened fire at the doctor’s residence and fled the scene.

Another shocking incident of gun firing has come into light from Santokhpura locality of Jalandhar. Reports claim that almost 10 rounds were fired outside the house of Dr. Yashpal who is veterinarian posted in Moga.
The event occurred at 1:40 am while the doctor and his family were in the home. Two young men reportedly arrived on a motorcycle and first fired at the car parked outside the house, following which they opened fire at the doctor’s residence and fled the scene.
The police arrived at the scene and initiated an inquiry using the CCTV recordings from the vicinity. Bullet holes were found on the exterior wall of the doctor’s residence, on the gate, and on his car parked outside. The family stated they had no competition with anyone.
The report has been registered at Police Station 8 and the police teams are working to identify the suspects and apprehend them as soon as possible.
Notably, the motive behind such gun firing is unclear as accused did not make any ransom, even the reports claim that the doctor has no enmity with anyone.
